OBJECTIVE
I am looking to take my experience of owning my business and previous employment to broaden my work portfolio. I believe with my work ethics and leadership experience I would be a great asset to the company.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Time Management
As a production technician I always did the scheduling of operators to machines and assemblers to lines as well as manage their schedules throughout the night for breaks and/or if they were needed on another machine or line. As the business owner of the company who distributes the newspapers for an entire city and surrounding counties, time is everything! The sooner you get the newspaper to the customer the happy they will be.
Leadership
I have owned my business for the past seven years and have had to lead my team to success and have done so. Along with that I also was a production technician at a plastics factory, which is the immediate supervisors for machine operators and assemblers.
Problem Solving
As a production technician I would have problems arise from machines breaking down, not enough material/out of stock and employees calling out/going home sick. It does with go with time management because you need to figure out the best-case scenario within a timely manner to keep production going if a machine or a line would go down.

COMMUNICATION
Being able to communicate well is my strongest quality and helped me succeed in every place I have been employed in my adult life. I am always eager to learn and ask questions to help with my job position as needed, as well as advancing within companies.
LEADERSHIP
Being a business owner has taught me so much about myself and others. I have succeeded beyond the goals I set out for myself. I believe the reason for that is I have taken the qualities my leaders have taught me over the years and combined them into my own. They have taught me to always listen before responding, when a person has done wrong correct the action and retrain and move on, do not dwell on it, and to always communicate with your employees and your supervisors. And most important everyone has bad days take it with a grain of salt, do not make it personal.
