As a sales agent, speaking to a new customer, Salesforce needs to show what consumer products, promotions, accounts, orders, order history, management and lifecycles, billing and payments, service availability, adjustments, consent preferences and messages potentially available at a location to be purchased, for a total case lifecycle. This is facilitated through middleware MuleSoft Any point platform integration (which retrieves data from various backend systems and data is transformed and exchanged to match Salesforce format for the C360 view.

Responsibilities:

•Working on understanding the manual migration requirements.

•Analyzing the requirements with the user stories, Exchange (RAML design) and worked with prebuild teams for API testing, Backend testing, test data and expected results.
