With my time at D&C masonry my responsibilities were two-fold:
• I was the project estimator where I accessed plans for said jobs on the online plan room such as Duncan Parnell.
• Once the plans were in the office I did takeoffs for commercial masonry. Getting prices for material and putting prices for labor into a lump sum bid that I then pitched to general contractors that were bidding on this particular job.
• I traveled and met many clients and many offices and became team members with the ones that we landed.
My second function was a job manager.
