To whom it may concern:

Joe worked for me on the Westin hotel remodel in Snowmass Colorado. It was a very compressed 10 month schedule and very difficult project. Joe started as a Foreman but was promoted to Superintendent in the last months of the project. The project had numerous challenges with schedule and building construction. Joe was a great help in developing alternate installation methods and problem solving during many design changes. He was also very instrumental during the close out of the project to facilitate the Owners needs and make all our milestones. He is both dedicated and hard working. I guy you can count on when it gets rough and the chips are down. Joe was always professional and commanded a great deal of loyalty from the men underneath him. I think he would be an asset to any construction project and to any company.

Sincerely,

Roger Redeford
