●As a Receptionist in a Salon at Supercuts, I oversaw the front desk. Taking all phone calls and arranging appointments for clients. Help clients with all services, give them all options and prices of the services. Give a definition of services, what they include by what the customer wants done to their hair and at the end come to a price conclusion. I ran the register as well, marked when an appointment came in and checked them out while mentioning our home-care products.

●I graduated from PolyTech High School in June 2021 and earned a Technical Diploma in Cosmetology. Cosmetology is the science of hair care, skin, and nails. We learned haircutting, color, texture, waxing, money, nail care, and other chemical services to be performed. Hair color is what made me choose this path in my life and in class I did very well. Hair color and chemical services were my strengths. Becoming a salon artist was my goal, to work in a salon and make people happy by transforming their hair.

●Currently, I am in college to earn a B.D. in Psychology and Counseling. I started my journey in September 2021; I hope to achieve my master's degree by the next two years. In high school I took Psychology (the scientific study of a human's behavior and functions) in which I did very well. It is a remarkably interesting concept to be learning about and brings out a lot of my strengths.
