Took delivery of new Dell computers and begun to install new image. After imaging of hard drives, plugged in cables in a specific manner and then installed and imaged new software to military specifications.

In charged with Work Study Students on 3 occasions where I supervised five to seven computer technician students in a Technical School. Delegated work schedule to all Work-study students, Delegated responsibilities according to skill and grade levels. Followed up on all work studies students to ensure all jobs were appropriately performed. Instructed on-the-spot instructions to ensure students’ work skills were adequate to students’ task. Assisted in performing their duties when necessary. Checked software on all computers and checked the Networking system. Ensured associated printers and scanners were operational. Installed motherboards, PCI Cards, NIC and APG Card, Processors, Power Supplies, Cooling Fans and Heat Sinks into computers and ran diagnostic tests to access operability. Installed Network cables to computers and then to the server. Terminated cable ends and evaluated for appropriate use. Consulted school professors to solve difficult problems and accurately evaluate difficulties to effect solutions. During network failures, conducted diagnostics to include the server the cables, hubs, connections to the routers and switches, resulting in down times 30 minutes or less. Monitored audio board and adjusted sound levels throughout the program. Initiated live sport coverage for afternoon and evening programming by ensuring the broadcast transponder was active 680/1380 AM, Y96 FM, Power 102 FM, 98.6 FM and 99.9 FM and The Bandit 97.8 FM Radio Stations – all under one roof.
