I would measure the patient's height, weight, and calculate their body mass index. I would explain to the patients the menu and diet that would be needed to follow, for their specific health plan. It is a national call center. (I work from home) We take calls from people who want to donate items, clothing, furniture etc, to help veterans. We schedule a pick up for them, taking all their information, we must take 30 calls in an hour, we make calls to remind them of the pick-up they are going to have, and we also make calls to reschedule if something happens with the driver or it is very full.
