Ensure that all responses are received and sent within a given time- frame. Finish the process by sending out final partner tally emails and update ANORM where applicable. Process incoming lease packages within a timely manner to ensure that all information is correct, invoices are paid and packages forwarded to Landman for approval within a reasonable timeframe. Document, monitor and track all incoming lease packages on spreadsheet.
Processed Title Opinions through Quorum to ensure that opinions are reflected in a system tied to Broker Work Order. The copies are then sent offsite for further handling.
Send out work orders to brokers for Title Curative and Lease check. Tract all Runsheets, Title and Curative in spreadsheet and ensure mapping updates information for generating Title Opinion Status map.
Generate and modify JOA’s when necessary and also update WIN in ANORM when elections are received.
Research various documents for Landman and assist with special projects. Maintain Carthage/ NLA Sharepoint website and update with pertinent information as well as various activities within the asset.
Assist in supporting Land Analysts, Land -men and Administrative Assistant whenever possible.
