WORK EXPERIENCE

December 2023 – Present, Program Manager, (IBR Government Contractors)

Led agile ceremonies for 4 different scrum teams using Jira to successfully integration of the Navy’s distance learning training system from on-premises into AWS cloud environment in less than 12 months.

Managed and tracked over 275 user stories and epics in Jira, ensuring on-time delivery of key project milestones, creating custom dashboards and workflows.

Led team transition to Flank Speed (DoD Microsoft 365) to meet mission-critical cloud modernization goals, improving team collaboration and data security.

Current active Secret clearance and 75% complete with CompTIA Security+.

November 2021 – December 2023, Program Master, Caliber Home Loans (Fulltime Employee)

Once the conversion to MSP was complete moved to project management team and made a full-time employee of Caliber, coordinating and tracking all required monthly production deployments and follow-on testing and validation of 36 different applications as well as the Patching and Hotfixes.

Lead 24 teams/applications in the monthly production release ensuring all testing and validation prior to the release was complete and documents in Azure VSTS system.

Authored and executed our project management policies and processes and continuously improving time to production with a less than 5% defects rate.

September 2021 – November 2021, Program Master / Project Manager, Caliber Home Loans (Contractor)

As implementation manager coordinated the conversion of 1.3 million loans from Sagent to Black Knight MSP.

The conversion was a huge success partly due to the preparation conducted my by teams prior to the conversion leading 30 developers, 12 project managers and over 64 different applications through the conversion providing updating to senior leadership 3-4 times a day

Ran the daily conversion playbook of over a thousand tasks and coordinating with the command center and incident management teams on issues that were identified and require emergency triage coronating approval all the way up to the CTO.

Run the Monthly Patching and 4 other major releases for the company as well as monitoring the status of the production environments and the lower environment as well. The monthly release was for the entire Caliber home loan applications.

November 2019 – July 2021, Program / Scrum Master, Sagent Lending Technologies

As Agile Scrum Master lead 3 multinational teams in United States, India and Costa Rica. Lead them in the software development and implementation of new clients on to the Sagent applications.

As project manager lead the company in moving from land-based server to the Azure cloud in less than 6 months and once complete implemented the migration of 8 clients within 8 months.

Once moved to Azure cloud my team trained 65 team members from 3 different countries in the Azure Dev Ops (ADO) software development and testing used during the implementation and migration.

Completed Scrum Master Training provided by Scrum Alliance and Scrum Training Institute and now qualified as a CSM working with 5 teams conducting daily scrum meetings and all ceremonies required for the agile process.
