DeepFake Face Detection

• Developed a deepfake face detection system using a fine-tuned ResNet18 model with custom classification layers achieving 85.51% accuracy on the test set.

• Addressed class imbalance using weighted random sampling and enhanced model robustness through data augmentation and hyperparameter tuning with Optuna. Cardiomegaly detection and classification using Deep Learning:

• Designed a deep learning–based system using the ConvNeXt model to automatically detect and classify cardiomegaly into 3 stages i.e Normal,Mild,Severe from chest X-ray images with 97% accuracy on the test set, enhancing diagnostic accuracy and reducing manual analysis. Traffic Light Signal Using 555 Timer

• implemented an automatic traffic light controller using a 555 timer in astable mode, with timing controlled through RC components. Built a working prototype demonstrating sequential Red–Yellow–Green signal operation. Certifications
