Assisted in developing the Pleasant View Charter School to open in July, 2023. After assisting with writing grants and setting up necessary federal, state and local tax and correspondence accounts became Business Manager. As Business Manager, I am responsible for the day-to-day operation of the school that includes accounting, maintaining equipment, assisting with students, attending Board Meetings, liaison with the local school district as our authorizing agency. Responsible for the payment requests as equipment and supplies are ordered and reimbursement payments are required. It is necessary to be detail oriented, flexible and willing to work until the job is completed.
THE COMMUNITY VOICE – OCTOBER 2016 TO JULY, 2023
Community Coordinator for The Community Voice with funding through The Colorado Trust to research, plan and develop health equity programs for Dolores County. Work is done in conjunction with a Resident Team Board through resident led surveys, and research. Bringing cohesion within Dolores County government agencies, community members, and area entities is an important aspect of the work. Responsible for all financials, Resident Team Meetings, day-to-day operations of the office, coordination of eight funded programs and liaison with area agencies and the Resident Team.
