Aspiring Pharmacy Technician with Customer Service Excellence

HI There! MY name is Ann M. Knight. I recently move to Oklahoma from Upstate New York where I was a Bar Manager/Tender for 15 years, because of this I have great customer service skills. I worked daily with cash, scheduling, ordering, inventory and banking. After the death of my son in 2011 I took a few years off to heal, and then founded a 501(c)3 foundation in honor of his wishes. I raised money and was President of the board until 2023. This also gave me a great opportunity to be in the public, raise money, maintain positive relationships, and do a lot of clerical work. IN 2023 I relocated to Oklahoma City to be with family, and completed a course through an online school receiving a Certificate for Pharmacy Technician Specialist. I've finally decided on Duncan being my new home, and really I am enjoying this small city. I've been looking for a Pharmacy Technician job that is willing to train as I know the PTCB test will be difficult without a little bit of work experience! I am willing to start at the bottom and work my way to the top learning all of the steps in-between. I am hardworking, very dependable, great with with building relationships with customers, organized and oddly enough love paperwork! I do excellent with following direction, and maintaing good relationships with my co-workers. Taking and passing the PTCB is my goal, and I view this job as a great way to accomplish that. I hope even though I have the certificate, but not any on the job experience you will consider me for this opportunity to grow.
