My experience as a caseworker at the Salvation Army has helped me develop team-building skills. I managed the Good Neighbor Energy fuel assistant program by scheduling clients to fill out an application and collect all needed documentation. I facilitated the soup kitchen and pantry program where, I hired, trained, and supervised many volunteers to assist us in this endeavor.
