We are a food/juice dehydration company that dehydrates juice concentrate into powder for the food industry, like Kens salads dressings, McDonald, Pepsi, coke, and other name brand companies. Responsible for leading the team in all company procedures, production, quality, sanitation. Effectively manage and have all accountability for all financial responsibilities of the business unit. Planning, tracking, and facilitation of Labor, materials and waste. Ensure tasks are completed in accordance with HACCP and USDA regulations. Responsible for driving 5” s initiatives and lean manufacturing. SAP/computer applications also the resource for timecards; research and problem-solving using SAP, PCM, and QA trends to proactively impact the business.

We Fabricate and Manufacture metal detectors and x-ray machines for all the food industry. Responsible for the machining and sheet laser area, along with the brake press areas. ●I started out as a Production Associate, after 2 years, I was promoted to Production Supervisor over floor assembly lines. I was responsible for a staff of 140 employees ensuring quality control, safety, and production in a Lean manufacturing environment. In 2002 I was promoted to Unit Manager which increased my responsibilities to training management and staff. My duties also included budget, and evaluations of all hourly and salary in my area.
