IBM Trusteer Malware Integration ($1.9mm): Integration of vendor malware mitigation solution resulting in the identification of malicious activity in real-time on the browser and mobile app through enhanced analytics from a continuous feed of potential threat intel from new malware types, the containment and treatment of fraudulent transactions resulting from malware, customer remediation/communications to enhance customer service and support, thorough assessment of the effectiveness of malware tools, proactive identification of new malware variants to detect impacts to WF by actively monitoring the threat landscape. 2. Perimeter PreAuthorization/NuData Integration ($4.1mm): Integration of Threat zManagement controls solution resulting in an added layer of security within Online Digital applications which include pre-authorization and in-session high-risk events. Controls are a combination of vendor supported and internally developed capabilities that are adaptable to evolving attacks as well as providing additional in-session fraud detection capabilities. 3. Real Time Account Boarding ($8.8mm): After being decisioned and approved for credit cards, customers were able to receive the necessary documents and credit cards digitally and are accessible through a digital wallet for eCommerce/mCommerce/POS shopping. Contributed to growth by enabling customers to access their credit line immediately after having been approved. The benefit to the company is better customer experience, a positive and progressive approach to meet customer needs in the credit card line, and enable real time boarding. 4. iMessage Foundations ($1mm): A new service for businesses to connect with customers directly via text-based messaging from their mobile devices and will allow Wells Fargo to provide servicing to customers via these messages. (Project cancelled due to a similar effort being implemented.)
