Reduced time to send documents from title company to investors from 30 days to within 15 days, thereby preventing late fees. Include any metrics related to the cost savings.
Ensured original recorded mortgages were delivered within 60 days. After reviewing and having any errors corrected, I verified the investor’s mailing address and packaged up all the mortgages and title policies got sent to them.
