Produced Action Officer (AO) virtual instructor-led training by supporting the facilitator with the activities, monitoring and organizing participant questions, troubleshooting, and ensuring access to the participant materials during the training.

Ardent Eagle Solutions, Remote (February 2022 – September 2025)

Training Specialist

Developed training and supporting materials for the US Census Bureau.

Developed two WBTs in Articulate, from storyboard to final product, for new Census field representative and management software systems with interactive narrated lessons and simulation assessments.

Led conversion of project leader training into three WBTs with a decision-based activity conducted through a simulated “Teams” chat with a project leader mentor for the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute.

Designed a 5-lesson WBT for CISA/Department of Homeland Security, focusing on real-world cyber scenarios faced by small businesses, using decision-based activities built around each scenario with good, better, and best outcomes.

Designed two WBTs for the NIH on transgender participants and HIV counseling, working with SMEs to sequence and structure material; create engaging activities through patient stories and simulated practice; and ensure that technical information and references were current and correct.
