I handed YETI a top notch build and the client was very happy with the finished project. YETI’s building team realized it was my constant attention and scheduled weekends and OT that completed this project on original desired date and time.

● Replace existing with new wire and T-stats throughout build

● Programmed both the lighting and new HVAC systems.

● I had to maintain a night shift as the building serviced clients plus 200 workers without interruption of daily work activity. During this project, I observed existing ductal was compromised (total disconnect from system) and repair/replace was extensive through entire building (size of a 3-block radius). I submitted an RFI and it was excepted and an extra contract was awarded of T&M for GC.

I personally Completed the entire water system scope start to finish and completed plumbing rough-in of PVC, DWV and copper hot and cold plumbing system from finish floor to 8’8” up out of wall. Air tested the copper at 80 PSI and water filled DWV to proper ratio and held it for the rough-in inspection which came on December 5th. My work passed inspection100% without hesitation

ACCOMPLISHMENTS AWARDS

• Iowa Workforce- I counselled and introduced hand and power tools to underprivileged people (over age 13). I also went on to teach simple plumbing and electrical installations as well as the importance of PPE, safety procedures and housekeeping on construction sites.

• HABITAT HOMES 1983-1989 A church member's house was destroyed by an electrical fire, My Mother (Judith Brown/ Martin) during her early years as a carpenter (1st woman of union carpenters certified In the history books), created a concept where if the building material were donated we could instruct volunteers to help clean up and build back thsi destroyed home. She presented the idea to said church and people really wanted to get involved. Material was donated and we rounded up the community and together introduced specific tasks to volunteers accordingly. My Mother and I followed strict (California) codes and built houses back better than original. The concept was a great success. Some volunteers even went into the construction field as these opened opportunities for paying jobs and a dependable career. We were responsible for many folks who went on to be successful and savvy in a trade they can depend on. This concept took on a life of its own and is now what the world knows as "Habitat for Humanity "
