Once Ericsson equipment was installed in the Houston market and ticketing system implemented. I was tasked with remotely triaging tickets to reduce unnecessary site visits by identifying and closing tickets remotely. Initially for Houston market then expanding to New Orleans and Louisiana markets this eventually caught the attention of our VP and this is what started the Ericsson Tier 2 field support group that became known as Technical Assistance Team tier 2 as it is today in 2022.
Part of team that implemented, integrated, installed, tested and launched over 300 Nortel cell sites in an 8-month period
During build out of the Houston market I assisted RF Engineering with pre-construction cell site drive testing data capture.
