I've earned a degree in Film Production at Santa Fe Community College and presently pursuing a BFA in theater.

As a a film student i formed a production company ( Homegrown Productions LLC) which focused on producing portfolios for actors and models, real estate companies and directing a team of photographers for weddings. As president of Homegrown Productions i was very fortunate to collaborate with fellow peers and we created a television show titled Homegrown Sounds which can be viewed on various networks or go to youtube and search for homegrownsoundstv. I have also served 8 years as an Executive Chef / Production Mgr. with Catering by Ray's which is the sister company of Homegrown Productions. I've performed in the professional capacity as Chef, General Manager, Executive Sous Chef, Consultant, Garde Manger, Corporate Trainer. I have a very good understanding of food cost, labor controls and profit and loss systems that are intregal to the profitability of an organization.
