Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Responsible for implementing and deploying enforcement of HSE Policies and all practices to be integrated into the Company model of HSE Management, as well as for adapting any improvements regarding HSE practices, to ensure Policy fulfilment together with the HSE Projects.

Ensure the coordinated and effective development of the HSE Management System: ensuring proper risk management, hazard recognition & risk control of downgraded situations recognition.

Guarantee the preparedness for emergencies and emergency management.

Ensuring a system is in place for reporting, investigating, analyzing, and documenting all incidents.

Keep up to date with current legislation on the HSE and the latest trends in HSE management, as well as plan and perform HSE audits and inspections to verify compliance with the HSE Policies and the performance is correctly being carried out in the departments and assets.

Provide HSE Technical support to the departments and assets. Guarantee safety at work, occupational health, environmental protection, and fire prevention in all assets.

Administration duties & development HSE program.

Coordinating HSE meeting and creating a project management and HSE calendar

Responsibilities include communicating with HR and top management among team members regarding HSE.

All personnel are expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture within Technip and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices.

Assisting the vessel master and OCM to co-ordinate emergency response exercises offshore

Assisting the offshore project team regarding risk management issues

Acting as focal point offshore for providing project personnel with HSE advice

Ensuring Emergency Response exercises are conducted and facilitate feedback after the exercise.

Providing advice and assistance to client HSE Rep. the Project Manager, OCM and Vessel Master as required

I am knowledgeable in activities such as scaffolding, welding, lifting and hoisting, rigging, boat transfer, confined space entry, commissioning, and hot work.
