Worked in the Accounting Department for this foreclosure and bankruptcy firm, entering all transaction that needed to be billed to the clients and to our vendors for services completed; changing loan information by client codes, making corrections to file information entered incorrectly when file originally opened. Processed 1099 forms to all individual contractors for required services needed. Handled the refund of overage due back to defendants once reinstatements were made and files were closed, which required tracking down or locating through their attorney to refund the appropriate parties. Worked with paralegals to correct invoices to be billed.
