-I did activities with the elderly, such as reading books, happy hour, movie nights, sittercise (working out in wheelchairs if unable to walk, this was done with a DVD and radio and I was exampling the DVD), I was there whenever they felt lonely, wanted to play cards, anything I’m needed for.
(This job I was let go from because the nursing home ended up closing due to nursing staff either not available or not meeting the expectations of the company.)
They had nothing but good things to say about my department, dietary, soiled linen department, but that simply wasn’t enough:(
