* As an Operations Specialist for Families to Freedom, I was responsible for coordinating free travel for victims of Domestic Violence to shelters, friends, family, or to new residence far away from where the abuse occurred. Once the needs of the client have been assessed through a phone conversation, a determination is made whether car, bus or air travel is the best option.
