Leading the team of R&D and Quality control for the development of liquid waterproofing, bituminous base waterproofing, Admixture (Powder & Liquid) PCE, SNF, Lignosulphonates based Admixture, Power grout, tile grout, tile adhesive, and APP membrane R&D batches for product modification and maintenance.

R&D Projects have handled are below:

Polyurethane-based bituminous waterproofing development along with 600% elongation and more than that with increased tensile strength of the membrane.

Improving the property of existing product (Bituminous and polymer-based liquid waterproofing) Tiki Aquaseal RMB with modified polymer and fibers as well.

Product Development of High Strength of Admixture PCE based with medium and high range of compressive strength of concrete.

Product Development of SBS-based reinforced bituminous waterproofing membrane and improving the cold flexibility of APP bituminous membrane up to -5 Deg C as per the special requirement of some customers.

Worked with bitumen and PU blend water-based waterproofing liquid membrane with high elongation.

4: First time set up Ribbon Blender in the facility and produced Mortar /Tile Adhesive, Non-Shrink Grout, Tile Grout.

This project we had been started after good initiation of roof coat waterproofing into the market. Initially, we had started a single 1200 kg capacity of Ribbon Blender for various mortar such as cementitious grout, tile adhesive, high strength mortar, instant cementitious leak plug, etc.

Development of Products such as Tile Adhesives, Cementitious Tile Grout, Dispersion Tile adhesives, non-shrink grouts, Instant leak plug, Self-leveling, Concrete admixtures PCE & SNF, Waterproof coating, Epoxy coatings.

From Jan 2017 to August 2019

Successfully Launched Premium grade of Tile-on-tile Adhesive, Tile Grout 28 colors and in the retail, section developed liquid admixture (PCE Based Admixture) and integral waterproofing for the Indian Market.

First time started Liquid Admixtures for Low, Mid and High Grade of concrete with PCE Polymers.

Took 5 MT First batch in Rania/Kanpur Factory and distributed as well.

Project have been completed for the product development of water-based bitumen waterproofing, liquid acrylic putty, and instant leak plug of cementitious mortar.

Witnessed 28 colors tile grout (cementitious /mortar) pilot batches in the production facility and during that production also has been modified as per the production suitability and maximum output from the production.
