Customer Service & Hospitality Professional with Multilingual Skills

Hi, my name is Jeanna Bedouet, and I’m currently looking for a job opportunity. I wanted to introduce myself and share a little about my experience and background. I have worked in fast-paced restaurant and customer service environments, including positions at Sonic Drive-In and Popeyes in Miami Gardens, Florida. During my time there, I worked as a cashier, handled drive-thru orders, packaged food, assisted customers, operated ice cream machines, and helped maintain a clean and organized workspace. These jobs helped me improve my communication skills, multitasking abilities, teamwork, and customer service experience.

I am dependable, hardworking, and always willing to learn new things. I work well under pressure and enjoy helping customers and working with a team. I also have experience with cash handling, food safety procedures, phone communication, and general hospitality services. In addition, I am fluent in both English and Haitian Creole, which helps me communicate with a wide variety of people.

Currently, I am studying nursing at Florida Southwestern State College because I enjoy helping others and expanding my knowledge and skills. I am looking for an opportunity where I can continue growing professionally while contributing positively to the workplace. I am authorized to work in the United States, have a driver’s license, and I’m willing to relocate if necessary.
