Operates the maintenance department in a safe manner by ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations and following established policies and procedures.
Ensures the physical building meets all safety and building codes.

Inspect Hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards
Complete daily work orders which can include: painting, drywall, door adjustments, minor plumbing and electrical work, HVAC maintenance, etc.
Performing preventative maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis
Service the hotel's pool, including adjusting chemicals, vacuuming, and cleaning filters
