Roles.
IPRAN: IP and vlan planning, Preparing Routing scripts and Configuring different services like OAM, 2G and LTE for the Radio Access Network. TACACS configuration for all IPRAN nodes, SNMP Configuration on both IPRAN nodes and zabbix for monitoring.
IPCORE: Plan, implement, and manage network infrastructure solutions, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of network devices like core routers, switches, IGWs and firewalls. Designing, planning and preparing configuration scripts for service deployment and migration for different IP operations.
Network Security: managing firewalls, planning, configuring GRE Tunnels, IPsec site-to-site Tunnel VPNs, IPsec VTI, SSL VPNs, L2TP over IPsec VPNs for remote access. Configuring Security Policies and ACLs to filter out required prefixes to access the Network, Configuring URL filtering to block access to unwanted websites from the Network. Configuring NAT to translate the internal private IPs to Public IPs to access the internet.
Managing the LAN network, WLAN and enterprise customers. Growth:
Handling the IPCORE has strengthen my Troubleshooting skills and got a deep understanding of service flow from the IP backhaul to the internet.
Taking on different network certification like CCNP and CCIE training to close my knowledge gaps and improve my networking skills.
