Project Leader / Sr. Process and Projects Engineer I created standardized worksheets (SWS, JBS, JES), 12% productivity increase. Introduction of a new drilling process and its optimization (750 KUSD annually). Weekly reporting of BMW project and MHMX corporate. I led BMW G42, G87 JIS assembly lines and a TESLA Model Y bumpers JIT line, training 50 operators. I participated in obtaining IATF 16949 Certification with 0 non-conformities in the Assembly process. CMK studies that ensure process repeatability in Gluers, Punchers, and Welders. I led problem analysis according to the 8D methodology. Industrialize new technologies for new interior plastic projects, doors, and panels for TESLA Highland, FORD U718, Lucid Gravity, and Volvo N536 programs.

Management of a 4 MUSD budget per project.

Leader of a multidisciplinary team for new projects, around 15 people. Development and monitoring of deliverable schedules according to APQP methodology. Review of product specifications and process design; management of engineering change control. Implementation of traceability/conformity system on the production line (adhesive weight control).
