• Receive all types of raw material such as Soya ben meal,Soya bean seed,MCP,DDGS,Lime stone,Corn,Glutin meal Glutin Feed,NaCl,whaet bran and all packaging materials.(Phaysical &Chemical Analysis).

• Supervise all lab tests for Oil such as FFA,Fat,PV,Soap,TFM,Neutral Oil,Phosphatides and impurities.

• Supervise all Lab tests for Feeds such as

N%,%Fat,%Ca,%Na,%P,%Fiber as wet Chemistry and by using NIR instrument. And Mycotoxin Test.

• Supervise the line production for feeds and oil for Standardization.

• Supervise junior Chemists to perform main tasks for analysis and control Quality parameters.

• Receive raw materials such as Corn,Soya bean meal,Soya bean seed,fullfat,MCP,Crude Soya Oil... etc

• Perform routine analysis for RM and finish product to determine the following : Protein,Fat,Crude Fiber,Moisture,Ash and Dry matter by using IR instrument and Chemically by using different types of titration.

• Also determine Ca%,Na%,P% for RM and Finish product by using Chemical titration.

• Applying Soxhelt experiment to determine the fat in sample.

• Applying Kjeldahl method to determine Protein in Sample.

• Measure PV,FFA,moisture,PH and Impurities For different types of Crude Oil.

• Applying Mohr and Volhard titration method.

• Supervision on all preparation of the chemicals in Lab. Former Position

• -Perform routine analytical on-line testing in compliance with the predetermined sampling plan to -ensure that finished product meets quality standards.

• -Monitors and records Brix, Acidity (TA) and net content as required.

• -measure Dextrose Equivalent DE for Sugar products.

• -perform some analytical tests for oils such as Acid value, PV, FFA and Rancidity

• -Test finished product and final package for quality parameters. Analyze and respond to results as needed.

• -Use analytical instrumentation7 such as, pH meter, Refractometer, etc.

• -record moisture and Ash

• -Laboratory skills in preparation different reagent.

• Monitor to production lines from entrance raw materials until finish product.

• Monitor to CCP's line and taking Correction,Corrective and Preceptive action in case of Deviation.
