1. To ensure the quality of receiving raw materials :

Ensure proper sampling (min 1.5 Kg) from 30% of the sample on the Truck.

Ensure the physical, Chemical criteria as per specification ( Moisture, Water activity, Fat, Crude Protein, Crude Fiber, Ash, Calcium, Phosphorous, heavy metals FFA, Iodine Value, NPN, Urease activity, Rancidity, Adulteration of plant protein & hydrolyzed feather meal & Leather meal & lime stone, Particle Size, Colour, Smell, Damage Grain, Mold Grain, Insect, Foreign Matter, Wet condition)

Adulteration identification through stereo microscopic analysis.

Ensure the quality of every bag by physically and chemically during unloading.

2. To ensure the quality of stock raw materials :

Maintain FIFO.

Monitoring the quality of raw materials weekly one time

(Color, Smell, Damage Grain, Mold Grain, Insect, Foreign Matter, Mycotoxin, Enumeration of Aerobic Count Plate, Enumeration of Enterobacteriaceae, Detection of Salmonella spp., Enumeration of yeasts and molds).

Weekly silo inspection to ensure the quality of Raw materials

(Color, Smell, Damage Grain, Mold Grain, Insect, Foreign Matter, Mycotoxin).

Pest control by fumigation, uning rat glue and net.

Regular monitoring environment of warehouse (temperature, Humidity, cleaning and hygienic of area and equipment). 3. To ensure the quality of finished goods in process :

Regular monitoring in process attributes CCP such as Moisture, Water activity, temperature, Smell, Colour, Density, Hardness, Floating, stability, Fineness, PDI, Particle Size, Dust, Insect, Dosing of micro elements to prevent non- conforming products.

Control QCP by cleaning the process line and swab test.

Check the packing weight, MRP, Mfg, EXP of finished goods.

Regular check nutritional value of finished good before delivery (Fat, Crude Protein, Crude Fiber, and Ash) to ensure the quality of finished goods.

Check mycotoxin and Enumeration of Aerobic Count Plate, Enumeration of Enterobacteriaceae, Detection of Salmonella spp., Enumeration of yeasts and molds (Monthly one time) for food safety.

Regular monitoring environment of finished goods warehouse condition (cleaning and hygienic of area).

Check truck condition (cleanness, tarpaulin condition, Binding), finished goods quality (Mfg, FG physical) before delivery.

4. To ensure the quality of packaging material :

Check color, weight, size of bag as per specification before received.

5. To ensure the work of Laboratory:

Regular maintained Cleanness, housekeeping & hygienic condition inside the Laboratory.

Regular Verify the balance weight.

Regular analysis of Raw materials and finished goods as per schedule.

Proximate analysis of Coal, Energy of Coal for use of Boiler.

Regular check the water quality of WTP (pH, Hardness, TDS)

Regularly maintained chemical uses log book and chemical consumption log book.

Calibration of equipment and AMC by third party (yearly one time).

Prepare chemical requisition as per demand.
