Dear Knight, Eric :

On behalf of Logistech Solutions, I am pleased to offer you employment in the position of Fulfillment Associate I as long as you haven't been involved with a contract assignment with Randstad within 125 days. Your start date will be 04/22/2026 or such other date upon which we shall mutually agree. You will report to Adriana Barnett, Assistant Warehouse Manager in the Wilson and will work in the Logistech Solutions Inc - Wilson, NC office.

As a non-exempt employee of Logistech Solutions, your hourly rate for this position will be $14.75, payable Weekly in accordance with Logistech Solution's standard payroll practices, and subject to any deductions permitted under law.

As a regular, Part Time employee, you are expected to work an average of 32 hours per week and will be eligible for overtime pay.

In addition, you are eligible to participate in the company's benefits plans and programs in accordance with our company policy, and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the benefit programs themselves. Please refer to the benefits summary plan descriptions for further information. Logistech Solutions reserves the right to modify, add to or eliminate any employment benefits offered. Other terms and guidelines relating to your employment are set forth in our employee handbook, which we will provide to you on your first day of employment. This offer of employment is contingent upon:

The successful completion of a background check;

The successful completion of a drug and alcohol screening test; A pre-employment physical examination;

Disclosing any non-compete, confidentiality, or other agreement with your previous employer which could affect your ability to perform the new job; Signing the <Non-Compete/Confidentiality/Mutual Agreement to Arbitrate/At-Will Employment Agreements> sent to you under separate cover and returning the signed document(s) to our Human Resources department via physical mail or electronically; and Providing, upon your first day of employment, satisfactory proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States, and your completion of an Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9. Enclosed, you will find a form outlining suitable forms of identification for submission. Logistech Solution's is an at-will employer. This means that both you and Logistech Solution's reserve the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time for any reason with or without notice. This letter serves only to confirm our offer of employment and does not constitute a contract of employment.
