Biography

Currently, Ms Aarti (pronounced Arthy) Ahluwalia owns and operates BizStartup, Inc., an incorporated business in Calgary, Alberta (www.BizStartup.ca), which specializes in business consulting, business strategy, SOPs, and business plans. From Q3 2020 to Q2 2022, she co-owned Jewel Electric, a company of residential/commercial electricians. From 2017-2020, she created 4 business plans for, and ultimately setup and operated an automotive repair facility close to the 39 Ave LRT Station. In years prior, she has managed the business operations of a 4-bay automotive repair facility in south Calgary, near Southcentre Mall. An experienced and motivational manager with a collaborative leadership style, she has a strong background in business development, project management, business plans, business operations, marketing, communications, HSE, QA/QC, recruitment, procurement/expediting/contracts, analyses, research, forecasting and proposals, and was also engaged in a highly-creative, customer-centric, omnichannel (cross-media) startup that was a one-of-a-kind, ahead-of-the-curve organization in Western Canada in which she connected all of the isolated islands of software into a comprehensive operational software to create marketing campaigns as an additional add-on to the other printing services
