Independence Blue Cross, (Sr. Project Manager) Project Mgr. 8/2017-Present Successfully utilizing the principles of project management to ensure multi-million-dollar initiatives are completed on time and within budget. Projects include Opioid mitigation, Center of Excellence hospitals, as well as implementing Pharmaceutical regulations within the organization. In addition to, successfully implementing a CMS multi-million-dollar project from 2020-2022. Independence Blue Cross, (Sr. Project Leader) 3/2017-8/17 Successfully developed 6-30-day readmission multi-million-dollar comprehensive project plan and executed to ensure revenue and company strategic objectives and goals are met or exceed expectations. Managed the day to day operations of the 6-30-day readmission audit, while providing reporting on the progress of the audit as well as dollar volume of claims to be retracted. Independence Blue Cross, (Medicare Provider Outreach Coordinator) 7/2015-3/2017 Manage four major Health systems as well as Non-IDS providers for the state of NJ. Develop strategies for increasing revenue stream by providing insight to Providers pertaining to their Medicare patients with quality gaps in care. Educate Physicians on CMS guidelines to ensure patients with chronic conditions with gaps in quality of care are addressed properly. Work collaboratively with Physicians and office staff to ensure gaps are closed accurately. Train provider offices on ePASS system to document the closure of gaps in healthcare. Monitor Health Systems as well as Non- IDS providers progress and educate on current initiatives.
