experience, I have developed a genuine love & excitement for being an essential part of an organization. I am committed to solving problems in an expedited manner to reduce any stress for the employee during the process. In my most recent position as Payroll/HR Coordinator, I was chosen for the “How We Roll” Award by employees & senior executives for my performance, which is normally awarded to sales staff. I have been repeatedly praised for going above & beyond to help others resolve issues quickly, professionally, and confidentially. I have consistently completed payroll and timekeeping with an extremely high level of accuracy. I always take initiative to make processes more efficient. I created a digital attendance system to replace our outdated paper system & improve PTO and other time-off policy tracking accuracy exponentially. I have always been able to develop a special rapport with the third party administrators, vendors, and brokers with which I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside. As an employee, I am genuinely devoted to the success of the company and strive to give my best effort at all times to make sure we exceed our goals.
