• Handling high volume locations which includes daily sales of 12000$ to 15000$. Managed a team of 55 employees in 6 outlets. Maintaining daily operation following the SOP and management rules.

• CASH AUDIT: Random cash audit across the locations is done evenly, ensuring different currencies are being accepted in the right values.

• REQUISITION: Weekly requisitions are being done by coordinating with the logistic team. Receiving ingredients as per the SOP such as Production date, quantity, near expiry items (minimum 90 days), quality, temperature of the vehicle.

• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ensure taking feedback every day from each café, serving products within the stipulated time to avoid complaints, ensure customers are being informed about the current offers, energetic body language of the team member on floor to avoid sluggish service.

• INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Ensuring proper usage of edible and non-edible commodities, Daily counting of foods and merchandise, evenly checking raw materials, Monthly inventory with right numbers, random audit on any ingredients including cleaning solutions.

• DAILY TARGET: Team is narrated about the target and motivated to maximize the numbers, using different selling techniques to increase the numbers, suggest merchandise on occasion when offers are available.

• MAINTENANCE: Ensure zero tolerance on hygiene and overall cleaning, wearing gloves throughout the shift is a mandate, each and every equipment must be cleaned. CAFE COFFEE DAY
