YES! We add value. YES! We are a team. As discussed during your interview process, you will be working remotely as part of our online team. Your appointment as a Service Coordinator will commence on May 25th, 2026, and will be a permanent, part-time position. As a Service Coordinator, you will be entitled to an hourly starting remuneration of $30.00 per hour, with a training pay rate of $25.00 per hour, You will be subject to a probationary period of one month. Regular performance reviews will be conducted to evaluate your performance and suitability for continued employment. Your ongoing employment with YES Communities is contingent upon the successful completion of this probationary period. Salary reviews will be conducted after six (6) months and thereafter every twelve (12) months. You will be entitled to all allowances and benefits as determined by the management team.

By accepting this offer of employment, you acknowledge and understand that your employment with YES Communities is on an at-will basis, and that neither you nor any Company representative has entered into a contract regarding the terms or duration of employment. As an at-will employee, you may terminate your employment with the Company at any time, with or without cause or advance notice. Likewise, the Company reserves the right to reassign duties, adjust compensation, or terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or advance notice.

Probationary Period:

One-month probationary period will apply to this role. During this time, you will receive training and guidance to help you become familiar with and competent in, performing the work appointed to do. The appointment is subject to the satisfactory completion of the probationary period which itself is subject to the termination during any stage, by either party upon one week's notice in writing or by payment in lieu of notice.

Payment:

Your salary is at a pay rate of $30.00/hr per hour. Training which is done for two weeks at

$25.00 per hour

Your starting salary is negotiable after six(6) months. Your salary will be paid bi-weekly on Friday of each week, working 6-8 hours daily and 30- 40 hours weekly.

All or any expenses made out of your pocket for the sake of the company will be reimbursed. immediately or during your respective pay period.

Superannuation:

Superannuation payments will be made on your behalf in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee into a Superannuation fund of your choice. If you do not choose a fund, your contributions will be placed into the default fund. Salary Review:

Your remuneration package will be reviewed annually on or about the anniversary of your employment or in accordance with workplace laws.

Personal Leave:

You are entitled to 10 days paid personal/career's leave in accordance with The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

You are entitled to a period of two days' unpaid career's leave per occasion in accordance with The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)

You are entitled to a period of three days paid bereavement leave per occasion in accordance with The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Accident and Critical Illness Insurance, College tuition for children of employees. Duties and Responsibilities as a Service Coordinator at YES Communities (Not Limited To):

● Maintenance Coordination: Schedule, track, and oversee maintenance requests

(repairs/plumbing/electricity) from tenants.

● Vendor Management: Hire/coordinate with approved contractors; ensure timely repairs.

● Emergency Response: Handle urgent issues (e.g., leaky pipes, HVAC failures) after hours or during weekends.

● Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing complaints/calls/emails professionally.

● Move-In/Out Management: Coordinate move-in processes (key handoffs) and exit inspections.

● Budget & Accounting Support: Track maintenance expenses; assist in preparing monthly service reports for property managers.
