1. DATA CLERK in PHD LUBAGA HOSPITAL [4th.Sept.2017 - up to date]
As system administrator and data entrant Clerk at Uganda martyr’s hospital any my responsibilities included;
Maintain all computer systems fully functional, reliable and available to all authorized users.
Data entry for our ACT and EMTCT patients at PHD into the organizational system.
Providing Necessary data to all EMTCT and ACT clinic staffs for easy assessment of patients.
Report generation.
Providing system updates concerning Act and EMTCT patient’s data
Providing all the corrections regarding the clinic’s patients data
Executing any other business around the clinic in times of crisis.

Volunteering at Uganda Martyrs Hospital Lubaga in Public health department and my tasks involved the following;
Collecting data regarding to all old and newly enrolled HIV clients
Guiding newly enrolled HIV patients on how to fill in the data as required by the department.
Tracking all enrolled HIV patients to keep their appointments without missing their as scheduled by the doctors.
Converting papered data into electronic data in the computer to ensure proper data tracking.
Tracking all patients who missed appointment as scheduled by the departmental doctor.
Tracking all deceased, living and transferred or referrals patients data and acted accordingly.
Entering and recording all necessary and relevant data for all patients.
