I am a certified administrative specialist and have excellent customer service skills. I possess the ability of empathy and understanding using active listening skills and also know how to calm an upset customer. Defusing situations with an angry customer take extreme empathy and understanding with listening skills and it is always essential to try and resolve issues before having to escalate them to a manager.
I am a team player and enjoy a role where I have the freedom to not have a person physically over my shoulder but I am ok with monitored calls that's part of the job. It's just different working remote vs in a brick and mortar building.
