In charge of Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.

Entering all sales in accrual bases in to Accounts Receivable according to the term that were specified, reconciling during the month each account end by end of the month send statement (according to terms). Collect payments and by the end of the day prepare the daily deposit.

During the day I also would enter all purchases in to accounts payable keeping record of balances owed to venders by reconciling them with statements and once terms were up, I had to request the CFO or CEO authorization to prepare payment for each one.

Reconcile all Bank accounts as well as Credit Card accounts.

Help payroll department by checking that all employees w. ould punch in correctly to work as out for lunch as for coming back in from lunch and out to go home when their shift was over.

Every week prepare payroll and kept records of each employee on Excel. During the morning buy cars at the auctions online and at the same time be posting previous cars purchased for parts on Car-Parts, Gold-Ticket and Income Net (these were all inventory-sales sites). Do acquisition forms required by DMV for each car purchased. And also, sometimes when needed go on delivery to Imperial Valley, Orange County, Los Angeles County as well as all San Diego County.
