I forecasted daily merchandise orders, taught all members to accurately check in deliveries, properly merchandising the store, cycle count on a weekly basis to have accuracy of what’s on hand and what needs ordered to avoid write offs. I managed both stores and overlooked the whole operation of running both businesses and was in charge of weekly schedules and controlling payroll hours to avoid overtime and submitted weekly payroll.
