Customer Support and Sales Representative 07/1985 - 05/1999 job was to be an excellent Customer Service / Inside Sales associate. I had my own customers and would work with them solving their problems and helping them to purchase the items that they needed. I would work along with the salesman to make sure they got the right material. My job was entering orders and billing the orders at the end of the day. I would train new employees as we needed them in Customer Service, I would greet to new people that came into the office. I would file the orders away by the Customer's name.

I had to keep everything very neat and organized so we could put our fingers on it in a minute notice. Skills
