Hi Jayway Travel Team,

I’m applying for the Data Entry Specialist role I saw posted.

I’m Eunice. For over 5 years I’ve been the person who handles all the “small details” for busy executives and real estate teams. If it needs to be typed, tracked, or organized - I’m the one who makes sure it’s 100% correct.

Here’s why I’m good at data entry:

1. I’m crazy about accuracy - I double-check my work because I know one wrong number can mess up a booking or invoice. My last boss said I “catch typos that even spellcheck misses.” 2. I’m fast but I don’t rush - I can type 60+ WPM, but I slow down to make sure addresses, dates, and prices are perfect. Speed means nothing if the data is wrong. 3. I’ve worked with travel details before - Booking flights, hotels, and itineraries for CEOs means I know how important passenger names, dates, and confirmation numbers are. One mistake = angry client.

4. I stay organized - I use simple systems so files don’t get lost. If you give me 500 lines to enter, I’ll give you back a clean, sorted sheet where you can find anything in 5 seconds. Tools I use every day: Excel, Google Sheets, little knowledge of Airtable. If Jayway uses a different system, I learn new software fast - usually within a day. What you can expect from me:

- I treat your data like it’s my own money - carefully I love work that needs focus and patience. Data entry isn’t “boring” to me.
