The Gas Distribution As-Built Records Collection (GD ARC) project will collect, standardize, and archive over 15,000 linear feet of company-wide As-Builts into the enterprise-wide records center, Documentum.
As part of this program, GD-ARC intranet portal has been built as an interface for vendors to PG&E. The portal consists of multiple functionalities like login based on assigned roles & privileges, ability to download different scanned as-built drawings by batches, ability upload the data attributes for uploading the data attribution sheets, ability to search attributes sheet by as-built drawing number etc.
As part of the Attribution data audit team, reviewed the jobs for accuracy in the document typing and attribution. Any errors are flagged for correction and will be sent back to the Attribution phase. As a data analyst /auditor following
