Memorable takeaways included learned conflict solving skills between coaches and parents, and confidence in a position of control. As well as basketball instruction in ways children could comprehend, and learn.

Received insight into the healthcare sector through my Emergency Medical Responder training, built-in human anatomy course, and collaborations with the University of Minnesota Simulation Center. Involved with the local community through a group project aimed at connecting researched AP Psychology content to the residents of Lake Minnetonka Shores assisted living homes. Learned and expanded public speaking and teamwork skills by getting to know residents and finally presenting their life achievements.
