Profile I am a hardworking individual with good customer service skills looking to obtain a position in a company where I can use my knowledge, experience and skills and where there is room for advancement. I have over 20 years of experience in different aspects of the medical field and several years of managerial experience. Experience 911 Dispatcher, Burlington County; Westampton, NJ (2015 - Present)

As a 911 dispatcher I am responsible for answering 911 and non emergent calls for Burlington County. I assure that all the important information is obtained and direct the call to the appropriate location (Police/Fire/EMS). As a police dispatcher I get further information needed for the safety of the caller and officers and relay that information as officers are responding. As a fire/ems dispatcher I give pre arrival instructions to the caller and relay the information to the responding units.

As a ER Tech I was responsible for checking patients vitals, assisting nurses and doctors with procedures, assisting when traumas came in and documenting everything appropriately in the patients charts.
