Accomplishments:
After my first month I was able to set up an invoice audit process with our compliance team. Related to the same compliance project I created an email format that the operations team will use to inform and request invoice changes to IOR and Exporter. I worked with our compliance and operations supervisor to create a template that would be attached to the email notification.
I also help by informing CHR network about a new change coming December 3 with our transition to Navisphere Customs (CHR Internal System). This change if not inform clearly and in advance would have impact our daily operations. I created notifications that the team could also be sending to customers and internal service providers.

I believe that in any job team work is very important and this is something that I can definitely contribute. I've lead and also follow good teams throughout my career which makes it easier to understand why it is important to work together. As a leader I've learned the importance of trusting your employees and listen to feedbacks regardless if they are negative or positive and providing solutions to difficult situations. As a follower, I have proven myself to my supervisors/managers that I have what it takes to help them reach their goals and that I'm a trustworthy employee. I'm a hard worker which doesn't mind to stand up to any challenge that may come my way. I'm a responsible father who does not have time to waste and not value a good opportunity.
