I was hired as a Customer Service Associate, after 2 weeks I applied for the Shift Lead position. After 2 interviews I began my Shift Lead journey. During the 6 years of being with the company I have took the task on of learning things outside of my job description to advance my career. I am currently the Lead shift lead. I make the front end schedule as well as make the daily list for assignments for the other leaderships and CSA on shift, I follow up on task I have assigned. I also order change for the store. I do inventory ordering. I do training. Invterview for positions, then do onboarding. I also have ran the store several different times as my store manager has been out leaving me to run the front end as well as the pharmacy. I do payroll. I handle complaints that customers have made and resolve the issue. I attend meetings. I am currently training the pharmacy manager on leadership task, like doing payroll, opening positions and hiring, scheduling, working along side of her to help her have numbers she is needing to get issues resolved in pharmacy.
