Supporting enterprise SQL environments for Flagstar Bank, formerly Signature Bank, through global IT services provider Mphasis. Signature was acquired by Flagstar in March 2023, but core responsibilities, systems, and team structure have remained consistent since the start of the engagement.

One of three DBAs supporting 50–60 SQL Serverinstances, including production clusters, standalone servers, and development/UAT environments.

Led SQL Server upgrade across the estate from 2016to 2019, improving performance and supportability. Managed Always-On Availability Groups across three-node clusters and handled 4TB+ production databases. Participatedin the limited Azure migration of development databases; collaborated with network/firewall teams to facilitate secure connectivity.

Currently supporting the initial phase of a migrationof the Actimize AML platform from on-prem to AWS. Maintained database health via automation scripts and PowerShell, receiving daily system alerts and reports for proactive issue detection.
