I have successfully provided 30 plus years of safe and successful technical efforts applied to Space Exploration and Aerospace programs. As a Technician I will operate effectively as a team player throughout Launch Site operations offering the safe handling of high-pressure gas & hypergolic propellants including N2o, LOX, other Cryogenic gases, and liquid fuels in support of Gas system Sampling, Dew Point Testing, System activation, testing or any other operation required. I have served as a Red Crew team member addressing issues with the rocket on the pad ready for launch.
I can provide launch pad structure & systems fabrication, testing and operation as well as spacecraft & flight hardware Integration. I am current with Teamwork & Leadership classes, FAA program training, Seminars and Skills Training through Aerospace Support vendors. I can provide Quality Assurance maintaining a “See Something Say Something” work ethic, operate with a “Clean as You Go” process, provide root cause analysis, implement corrective actions in the prevention of reoccurring “Nagging” issues.
As a Safe and Proficient team member I offer leadership the confidence that I will remain effective under pressure as necessary. Perform risk assessments and successfully adjust as a situation develops. Effectively use blueprints, drawings, and concept renderings to follow gas flow, understand system operations, perform activation, securing and testing procedures. In addition, I have experience with manual and hydraulic tube fabrication to assist with systems development, flow path layout, Hydrostatic testing, clean room & Hand Wiping practices. I am also a competent well experienced orbital welder able to work safely within the confines of the Space craft, Rocket, or Launch Facilities as needed.
As a Team Technician I make every effort to approach each day with safety in mind and clearly understand that a process is created to maintain Flight Crew and Team Safety as well as Mission Success.
…The Best Experience is to be Actively Involved and This Is My Quest to Do So …
Sincerely,
Albert Kerns
